Before the

Start Date

After your contract is signed & you’ve paid your booking invoice, we’ll send over your client workbook to begin working on, along with some information about our shared Pinterest board & your content creation, which will be due by your start date.

Phase 1: 

Brand Discovery

During this phase, we’ll jump on the phone to chat details about your project & define the vision for your brand. We’ll set the foundation with your core values & mission statement, collaborate together on Pinterest, & curate a mood board with a color palette that will help to set the tone visually for the brand.

 

 

Phase 2: 

Brand Creation

This is where we really get to see things come together, as we’ll send logo concepts during this time – then work back & forth until we have the perfect design. This phase will be finished up once we’ve got a finalized branding board!

 

Phase 3: 

Web Design

Cue web design! Now that your branding is ready to go, we’ll start working on your website design mockups – first we’ll tackle the homepage, then we will move onto your supporting pages. Once the design work is approved, we will move forward with the development & setup behind the scenes.

 

 

Phase 4: 

Collateral

Now that your website is all mocked up, we’ll be moving on to your collateral pieces.  We’ll be applying your beautiful new branding to your chosen collateral items, which is so exciting as you’ll get to see how your branding translates into marketing material.  Note that this happens simultaneously with Phase 5, Development.

 

 

Phase 5: 

Development

While we’ll be actively working back & forth on all phases up to this point, the Development phase will primarily happen behind-the-scenes.  Once we’ve got the majority of the site design installed, we’ll send a VIP access link over for you to preview so that we can troubleshoot anything as needed & ensure you are launch-ready.

 

Phase 6: 

Wrap-up + Launch

During this final project phase, we’ll make sure you’ve got all of your finalized design files, a recorded screenshare web tutorial video to explore the backend of your site, & format launch graphics to promote your new brand & website on social media.  Then, it’s time to celebrate!

After the

Project

Once your project ends, we offer 30 days of complementary post-launch web support to help as you begin to navigate the backend of your site.  This includes assisting with plugin or theme updates, troubleshooting anything that comes up as you have been using the site longer, as well as general questions you may have.
